September is here and in Catalonia Hotels & Resorts we are ready for the big celebration, the anniversary of Mexico’s Independence day.
Our animation staff has already prepared all the costumes for this special day. They have a lot of activities prepared to enjoy the day.
Our Lobby will proudly wear the green, white and red colors. Also, papel picado and streamers will be joining the Mexican flag in this holiday.
A Mexican party is nothing without the delicious food and some tequilas. Our Buffet Pajarito Restaurant will be full of typical Mexican food and at the entrance you will be able to taste all kinds of tequila cocktails.
At night, you´ll enjoy our traditional Mexican Fair. Here, you will be able to play some marbles, darts, bearing and lottery, among other games. Also, you´ll satisfy your Mexican cravings with some traditional snacks, classic sweetmeats and flavored margaritas.
All kids will have the fun of their lives with the Piñata, which will be ready to break in the theater area around the 20:30 hrs.
Later that night, you can’t miss the Auction and the Mexican Folklore Show with the most traditional dancing on stage. Also in the theatre, at 23 hrs, we will watch the live transmission from the Zocalo in Mexico City of the distinctive “Grito de Independencia”.
When it comes to Mexico, the celebration is never enough, that´s why we have prepared an awesome party in the lobby with a live band and our DJ. They´ll keep everyone dancing all night long.
