We talked previously about the incredible Xpu-Ha beaches and the beautiful Catalonia Royal Tulum Beach & Spa Resort facilities, now we want to tell you about our à la carte restaurants and the delicious dishes you’ll find there.
Since we don´t handle reservations in these restaurants, everyone has the same opportunity to choose their favorite place.
All of our à la carte restaurants are open from 18:00 to 22:30 hours. Get ready to enjoy the excellent attention and service you deserve.
We love Mexican food
Centenario Restaurant has the best Mexican food. A cozy atmosphere with beautiful decoration and air conditioning. Once you receive the menu, you’ll be craving for everything.
For first course try Crema Poblana: traditional corn cream with Poblano pepper, garnished with tortilla chips. Maybe you want a cooler option, order the Azteca Salad: grilled cactus squares, onion, avocado and goat cheese, dressed with apricot sauce, topped with a crunchy of sweet potato.
It’s time for the main course and you must try the exquisite Enchiladas de Mole: corn tortilla filled with chicken, covered with poblano pepper sauce, garnished with onion slices, fresh cheese, sour cream and sesame seed. If that wasn´t enough Mexican, try Cochinita Pibil: marinated pork meat, cooked Yucatan style, served over banana leaves, garnished with pickled onion and white rice.
A bit of Italy on your table
Elegant, cozy and fully air-conditioned, Toscana Restaurant has the best Italian dishes.
We recommend the Carpaccio di manzo: Thin slices of raw beef with arugula and parmesan cheese, dressed with olive oil and lemon juice. Also the Insalata Caprese: tomato slices topped with mozzarella cheese dressed with pesto.
For the main course get a delicious Lasagna al Forno: a combination of pork and beef meat with white sauce on fine pasta slices, baked with parmesan cheese. Alternatively you can order Risotto alla Milanesa: traditional Milanese cooked rice, with saffron and parmesan cheese.
The best cuts of beef
Located next to the beach, Royal Grill Restaurant is a lovely place where you can taste delicious grilled steaks while listening to the crashing waves and feel the sea breeze.
Let’s try the delicious Potato Skins au gratin with cheddar and bacon or an exquisite Clam Chowder perfumed with bell pepper oil.
For the main course get a delicious T-Bone steak marinated with fresh herbs. You can also try a juicy Grilled half Chicken with fresh thyme and rosemary.
Delicious Spanish cuisine
Our Spanish tapas restaurant is a stylish place with a relaxed atmosphere, that invites you to enjoy the evening. Terrace Tapas Lounge & Bar is located on a beautiful terrace beside our own cenote, acclimated with chill-out music and offering many tapas options.
Get a delicious martini at the bar, then try the variety of tapas that are on the menu. For example the traditional Tortilla de Patatas: potatoes omelet with onion, Mejillon Tigre: Mussel shell stuffed of mussel meat and vegetables, breaded with panko chips.
Other highly recommended tapas are Salmorejo with Ham and Egg: blended cream made of bread, garlic, olive oil, vinegar and tomato, topped with egg and parma ham shavings. Buñuelos de Pescado: breaded fish fritter served with red pepper juice. Trufas de queso fresco en costra de almendras: Cheese spheres breaded with roasted almonds.
