1.- By participating in the contest, each entrant agrees to abide by these Official Rules.
2.-The participant should be or become a follower of the Instagram Account @CataloniaHotels. He/She must follow ALL the instructions of the publication.
3.- Only one photograph per user will be valid.
4.- Eligibility: The Contest is open to people who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.
5.- Only the comments with no editing until January the 8th, 2016 at 16:00 hrs UTC will participate.
6.- Any user who does not follow each and every one of the steps in the contest instructions will be automatically eliminated from the contest. Any profile that seems fake or trying to commit fraud will be eliminated from the contest.
7.- The winner will be chosen according to the stipulated terms and conditions and will be announced trough social media on Monday, January the 11th, 2016 at 13:00 o’clock (Local hour in Cancún, Quintana Roo, México) In this act, the winner must accept the price obtained and share its personal data to enjoy the price. If for Friday, January the 15th 2016 at 17:00 o’clock the winner has not claimed the Price, the right to claim it will be lost and a new winner will be announced.

ELIGIBILITY: The Contest is open to people of any nationality, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Organizers have the right to verify the eligibility of each entrant.
CONTEST PERIOD: The Contests begins on December 22, 2015, and ends on January 8, 2015, 16:00 hours in Cancun, Quintana Roo, Mexico, local time. All entries (submissions) must be received on or before the time stated during that submission period. Any submission made before or after this dates will not be valid.
PRIZE: A 3 night stay for two persons at Catalonia Bavaro Beach at Punta Cana plus a dinner for two persons at the Pearl Beach Club. All Inclusive Package. Does not include transportation fees, tips, excursions or extra expenses not included. Dates are subject to availability on booking for this matter. Once the winner confirms the dates to enjoy the Price, changes will not be admitted. Valid only for 2016.
WINNER ANNOUCEMENT: The winner will be notified trough a message from the organizer (@cataloniahotels) in his Instagram account or where ever channel the organizer decides to use.
The lot will be made trough the app “Sorteados.com” with all the names of the participants registered with the hashtag #EnjoyCataloniaHotels, the participants will be eligible to win only after a revision from the social media staff, selecting only the participants who followed the rules of the dynamic.
Incidental expenses and all other costs and expenses are solely the responsibility of the respective prize winner. It is the responsibility of the participant and the prize winner to travel to the property offering the prize in terms of transportation, flights, visas and all the requirements and procedures necessary to redeem the prize.
