No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win.
1.- By participating in the contest, each entrant agrees to abide by these Official Rules.
2.- The participant should be or become a follower of the Twitter Account @cataloniahotels He/She must follow the instructions of the contest.
3.- Only one retweet per user will be valid.
4.-The Contest is open to people who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.
5.- Only the retweets sent during the contest period established will participate.
6.- Any user who does not follow each and every one of the steps in the contest instructions will be automatically eliminated from the contest. Any profile that seems fake or trying to commit fraud will be eliminated from the contest.
7.- The winner will be chosen trough an electronic raffle which will be held on time and date set by the organizer.
8.-The winner will be announced on our Twitter account. In this act, the winner must accept the price obtained and share his/her personal data to enjoy the price. If the winner has not claimed the price 24 hours after the announcement, the right to claim it will be lost and a new winner will be announced.
9.- Twitter doesn’t hold any responsibility for the contest and the data obtained will be managed by our own corporation.

ELIGIBILITY: The contest is open to people of all nationalities, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Organizers have the right to verify the eligibility of each entrant.
CONTEST PERIOD: The competition begins when the contest tweet appears on Twitter @CataloniaHotels on Wednesday, October 26th at 9:00 am until Thursday, October 27th at 9:00 am (Cancun, Mexico time). All entries (submissions) must be received on or before the time stated during that submission period. Any submission made before or after this dates will not be valid.
PRIZE: the winner will enjoy a 3-night stay for two persons at one of our Caribbean Resorts*. Garden view room All inclusive Package. Transportation fees, tips, excursions or extra expenses not included. Dates are subject to availability on booking for this matter. Once the winner confirms the dates to enjoy the price, changes will not be admitted. Valid until October 2017, subject to availability. Restrictions apply. *Not valid for Catalonia Royal Tulum or Catalonia Royal Bavaro.
WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT: The winner will be notified trough a message from the organizer on his/her Twitter account or where ever channel the organizer decides to use. The raffle will be made through the app “Sorteados.com” with all the names of the contestants. The contestants will be eligible to win only after a review from the social media staff, selecting only the contestants who followed the rules of the dynamic. The announcement of the winner will be announced in Cancun, Mexico time.
Incidental expenses and all other costs and expenses are only the responsibility of the respective prize winner. It´s responsibility of the prize winner to travel to the property by their own means in terms of transportation, flights, visas and all the requirements and procedures necessary to redeem the prize. ALL FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL TAXES ASSOCIATED WITH THE RECEIPT OR USE OF ANY PRIZE IS ONLY THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNER. ADDITIONAL LIMITATIONS: Prize is non-transferable.
