Catalonia Playa Maroma<\/a><\/strong> is characterized by its beautiful beach,\u00a0the lush gardens and constant entertainment for the whole\u00a0family, but we can’t help mention its diverse cuisine<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n

This time, we’ll take you on<\/span> a journey through the \u00e0 la carte\u00a0restaurants available at our Resort and in which <\/span>you’ll taste\u00a0<\/strong>delicious dishes<\/strong> and enjoy the excellent service you deserve.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Since we don’t handle reservations in these restaurants,\u00a0everyone has the same opportunity to choose their favorite\u00a0place.<\/span><\/p>\n

A taste of the Mediterranean<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Go to Toscana Restaurant<\/strong> where you’ll enjoy the best Italian specialties in a\u00a0sophisticated place full of design. Completely air conditioned\u00a0and with the option of comfortable chair’s table or booths,\u00a0it’s a great place to enjoy a romantic but relaxed night.<\/span><\/p>\n

For the first course let’s order the Zuppa di cozze<\/em> delicious\u00a0mussels sauteed with white wine and tomato served with crunchy\u00a0bread. Maybe we crave something lighter, another good option is\u00a0the Insalata di Campo<\/em> which is a mixed of lettuce with tomato,\u00a0mushrooms, cucumber, celery and carrots, seasoned with Italian\u00a0vinaigrette, an excellent option for this hot weather, huh?<\/span><\/p>\n

It’s time for the main course and we can’t miss trying some\u00a0delicious pasta accompanied with one of the Chef’s special\u00a0sauces. How about some Spaghetti Bolognese<\/em>, Seafood Ravioli<\/em> or\u00a0Penne Alfredo<\/em>? Maybe we are craving for meat, so a\u00a0great option would be the Ossobuco alla Milanese<\/em>, a traditional\u00a0cooked dish made of beef with wine sauce and perfumed with\u00a0lemon potatoes. So many options, right?<\/span><\/p>\n

It’s said that Tortuga Grill Restaurant<\/strong> has the best beef cuts.\u00a0It’s fully air conditioned and as soon as we walk through the\u00a0main door beautiful bar welcomes and invites us to enjoy a\u00a0variety of cocktails to start the night.<\/span><\/p>\n

Begin with a delicious Potato Skins<\/em> au gratin with\u00a0cheddar and bacon or an exquisite Clam Chowder<\/em> perfumed with\u00a0bell pepper oil.<\/span><\/p>\n

For the main course how about a juicy Mexican marinated and\u00a0grilled Flank Steak<\/em>, or perhaps a Surf & Turf<\/em> kebab grilled\u00a0with chimichurri?<\/span><\/p>\n

Now we are ready for the best part of every meal: Dessert! so\u00a0some fresh Seasonal Fruit<\/em> served with lemon sorbet sounds like\u00a0the perfect ending for this gourmet delight.<\/span><\/p>\n

On the menu, we see many different tapas from diverse regions\u00a0of Spain\u00a0like Galicia, Andalucia, Castilla, Catalu\u00f1a… Too many\u00a0options! Let’s get one of them all.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

So you wanna feel Mexican<\/b><\/h3>\n

We definitely can’t visit Mexico and not eating their delicious\u00a0and exotic cuisine. That’s why we have to go to\u00a0Tio\u00a0<\/strong>Pedro Restaurant<\/strong>, located outdoors and in a casual atmosphere allowing us\u00a0to enjoy the night. To light the switch of the night, let’s have\u00a0some tequila or maybe a refreshing pina colada.<\/span><\/p>\n

As an appetizer, we crave Melted Cheese<\/em> with Spanish sausage and\u00a0mushrooms, served with guacamole and warm flour tortillas. Not\u00a0Mexican enough? how about a Tortilla Soup<\/em> which is a succulent\u00a0tomato bouillon with “epazote” essence, accompanied with fresh\u00a0cheese, avocado, dry chili, cream and corn chips.<\/span><\/p>\n

To continue the experience a Fish Filet “Veracruzana” Style<\/em>,\u00a0cooked with aromatic herbs, covered with bell peppers, olives, and tomato sauce, served with coriander rice and mashed\u00a0plantain sounds like an excellent option. Someone also\u00a0recommends us the Mixed Fajitas<\/em> grilled beef, chicken & pork\u00a0strips, with onions and bell peppers, accompanied with\u00a0guacamole and jalapeno peppers, served with flour tortillas, so\u00a0let’s share!
