Any profile that seems fake or trying to commit fraud will be eliminated from the contest.<\/li>\n<li>The winner will be chosen trough an electronic raffle which will be held on time and date set by the organizer.<\/li>\n<li>The winner will be contacted directly and must indicate their personal data for the prize enjoyment. If there is no response from the winner in a 24-hour period, they will lose the prize and a new winner will be selected.<\/li>\n<li>Instagram doesn\u2019t hold any responsibility for the contest and the data obtained will be managed by our own corporation.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3>RULES<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Follow @cataloniahotels and @pearlbeachclub on Instagram.<\/li>\n<li>Like our contest photo and mention the person you would like to travel with!<\/li>\n<li>The person you would like to travel with must also follow these accounts.<\/li>\n<li><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>ELIGIBILITY<\/h3>\n<p>The contest is open to people of all nationalities, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Organizers have the right to verify the eligibility of each entrant. Exclusive Traveler Club ETC members are exempt.<\/p>\n<h3>CONTEST PERIOD<\/h3>\n<p>The competition will be valid from the moment the contest post is published on February 13th, 2017 and until February 15th, 2017 at 12:00 hrs (Cancun, Mexico time). All entries must be received during this period of validity. Any participation received before or after this period will not be taken into account.<\/p>\n<h3>PRIZE<\/h3>\n<p>The prize consists of a 3-night stay in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cataloniahotels.com\/en\/hotel\/catalonia-bavaro\">Catalonia Bavaro Beach<\/a> for two people. All Inclusive Plan. Dates are on request, in a standard room and subject to availability for bookings intended for this type of action.<\/p>\n<p>For dinner at Pearl Beach Club, it is valid for two adults, three-course menu. Not applicable for dates with special events and not combinable with other offers.<\/p>\n<p>This prize does not include transportation expenses, tips, excursions or extra expenses not included. Once the contestant confirms the dates in which he wishes to enjoy the prize, no changes can be made. Valid until the 30th of November 2017, subject to availability. Restrictions apply.<\/p>\n<h3>WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT<\/h3>\n<p>The winner will be notified trough a comment on the same contest post. The raffle will be made through the app \u201cSorteados.com\u201d with all the names of the contestants. The contestants will be eligible to win only after a review from the social media staff, selecting only the contestants who followed the rules of the dynamic. The announcement of the winner will be given on date and times agreed by the organizer.<\/p>\n<p>Incidental expenses and all other costs and expenses are only the responsibility of the respective prize winner. It\u00b4s responsibility of the prize winner to travel to the property by their own means in terms of transportation, flights, visas and all the requirements and procedures necessary to redeem the prize. ALL FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL TAXES ASSOCIATED WITH THE RECEIPT OR USE OF ANY PRIZE IS ONLY THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNER. ADDITIONAL LIMITATIONS: Prize is non-transferable. No substitution or cash equivalent of prizes is permitted.<\/p>\n<h3>PUBLICITY<\/h3>\n<p>By participating, each contestant gives the organizers the permission to use his\/her name and last name, likeness or comments for publicity purposes without payment of additional consideration, except where prohibited by law.<\/p>\n<p>Catalonia Hotels &amp; Resorts reserves the right to cancel the contest at any moment or for any reason without prior notice.
