This was done to achieve cleaner environments
In our resorts located in Mexico on the Riviera Maya, we have established that all our rooms are non-smoking. We no longer allow clients to smoke inside the hotel rooms.
For our smoking guests, we will keep providing ashtrays on the balcony / terrace of each room, as well in the common areas of the hotel that are open air.
