Let´s celebrate Mexico´s Independence Day in Catalonia Playa Maroma!
On September 15th, we celebrate the Independence of Mexico. For that reason, we can not overlook the celebration in Catalonia Playa Maroma. We have planned various activities throughout the day to shout all together: “Viva Mexico!”
Taste the best of the Mexican kitchen at Pajarito Restaurant, which will offer a delicious buffet with lots of traditional specialties.
Around the lobby, we will have a Mexican fair with craft stalls, delicious “antojitos”, and delicious treats like cotton candy and caramelized apples.
Wanna have fun? Spend the evening playing some Mexican games such as darts, marbles, pin the tail on the donkey, and of course Mexican Lottery!
We know you love tequila; you’ll find our expert team at the lobby bar with margaritas, tequila shots and a station of cocktails waiting for you.
Kids are also part of the celebration, take them to our theater to break the traditional piñata!
Enter our special auction, and enjoy the magnificent Mexican folklore show with Mariachi. Lately, we’ll broadcast the traditional “Grito de Independencia” live from the Zocalo in Mexico City.
Finally, continue the celebration at the disco where our DJ will be ready to make you wanna move all night long.
