This new style gives continuity to the Caribbean touch, adding a new vision of vibrant spaces without losing the chic style that accompanies our brand. The concept of Terrace Tapas Restaurant & Lounge is defined mainly by the conservation of already existing tropical vegetation and the use of wood as the main complement. With the preponderance of a range of soft colors such as yellow and cream, the walls with smooth finishes leave the focus to a wooden deck with exposed beams. In turn, it is decorated with furniture characterized by a delicate finish that does not overpower the color or the natural texture of the materials, along with a subdued lighting that accentuates the fusion of glamour, nature and Caribbean vibes.

In relation to the gastronomic offer, the menu offers particularities in terms of ingredients, creativity, and flavor. This spectacular restaurant offers a la carte breakfast service, snacks during lunch and at night becomes an exquisite place of avant-garde Spanish tapas. In the morning, guests can enjoy an exquisite breakfast.
For lunch, guests usually opt for fresh and healthy dishes such as the delicate slices of Serrano ham with melon or the Roman calamari rings, accompanied by a fresh salad and tartar sauce, a favorite among visitors.
At nightfall, the atmosphere takes a luxurious and romantic twist with a menu in which the Galician octopus stands out, the red fin tuna tataki with mango guacamole, and of course the mixed seafood and meat paella.
