Our Resorts were recognized once again by Great Place to Work as the best of the Dominican Republic.
The Great Place to Work Institute presented the ranking that highlights The Best Places to Work For at the Caribbean and Central America in 2016, within the category of 500 to 5,000 employees.
There are certain fundamental qualities in a company that allows it to become a great place to work, for example, that the employee is treated as a valuable person inside the organization, that the superior commanders encourage healthy work environments reinforcing the feeling of “family labor”.
In Catalonia Hotels & Resorts we always look for our employees to feel pleased with their work and the experience that means providing guests the best service every day.
After seven consecutive years leading the top of the ranking, we continue consolidating with excellent labor practices and generating a high level of trust in our employees.
Of the 22 companies that were recognized in the Ranking of 500 to 5,000 employees, our Resorts located in Punta Cana and Bayahibe stood to receive the top positions, reaffirming that our main goal is to make our employees feel at home, considering the company as their second family.
It is a pleasure to inform that our Resort in Bayahibe, Catalonia Gran Dominicus, received the 4th place in the ranking, while our Resort in Punta Cana for adults only, Catalonia Royal Bavaro was positioned in 2nd place. Finally, fills us with pride to announce that our family Resort Catalonia Bavaro Beach won the 1st place!
