The Association of Hotels and Tourism of the Dominican Republic (ASONAHORES) conducted their traditional Commerce Expo. This year, in conjunction with A&B Master, a cocktail competition took place.
Catalonia Hotels & Resorts was present in the competition through a representative from Catalonia Bavaro Beach.
Michael Salvador Montilla has 9 years collaborating at Catalonia Bavaro Beach, occupying the position as a show tender, in which his job is to do jugglings while preparing cocktails to our guests.
The competition evaluated three aspects:
- Presentation
- Preparation
- Taste
We can proudly say that thanks to his dedication, creativity and talent, Michael obtained the 1st place in the competition with his original cocktail named Amor a Elena. (Love to Elena)
