Each year a new opportunity arises to support the fight against breast cancer. A fight that give us satisfaction and hope, even more when we participate with initiatives to prevent this disease.
We couldn’t find a better way than informing and educating our collaborators and the communities of two schools.
The three main goals were our inspiration to achieve this activity:
- Make aware
- Prevent on time
- Detect
In Catalonia Bavaro Beach and Catalonia Royal Bavaro, various conferences were imparted to all our women collaborators. On the other side, in the facilities of the school “Cabeza de Toro”, a clanship of mothers, gave some talks about breast cancer and cervical cancer.
We had a great success with the participation of more than 150 women.
We delivered gifts to the attendants rewarding their interest in education about this disease.
Also, Catalonia Gran Dominicus gave these talks in the school “Escuela de Bayahibe”, where a total of 19 mothers expressed thankfulness for being considered in the program.
These activities let us feel that every grain of sand makes the difference if it turns into a smile.
