In Catalonia Hotels & Resorts, we procure to provide the best service, so we are constantly training our staff for you.
We offer to our staff free language courses to learn or improve English and French. This time we will tell you about our students who graduated from four different English levels in the Dominican Republic.
We have always tried to provide you the best service in the Caribbean, and to achieve this, we must get more ready every day. Now, we celebrate that more than 40 members of our staff graduated from the English course.
In our Punta Cana Resorts, Catalonia Bavaro Beach and Catalonia Royal Bavaro, we perform the first graduation with “The Excellence Motive” and we recognized to 48 staff members their accomplishments in the English courses.
The ceremony started with some inspirational words from our Territorial Director, Gianmarco Cavagliano, followed by a testimonial video from our graduates.
Then, the beloved professor, nicknamed as “The Teacher”, devoted some words to courage students to achieve their goals and expressed his satisfaction for the obtained results.
Graduates were recognized in four different levels:
- FUNDAMENTALS (Basic Level)
- TOP NOTCH I (Basic Intermediate Level)
- TOP NOTCH II (Medium Intermediate Level)
- TOP NOTCH III (High Intermediate Level)
Sandy Adames, one of our staff members received a special mention for his excellent outcome in the Basic Level.
The most important values of Catalonia Hotels & Resorts are commitment, teamwork, and responsibility. We like to cheer our staff who practice them daily.
Finally, we share with you a phrase that many of our staff with surely will feel related to: “We got the chance to learn in Catalonia Hotels & Resorts!”
