The Great Place to Work® Institute Mexico presented the ranking that recognizes the Best Workplaces of 2016.
This event took place on April 26th, 2016 in Mexico City where they announced the companies that were part of the 2016 ranking.
In Catalonia Hotels & Resorts we participated for the seventh year in a row in this ranking and we are very happy because year after year we have improved gradually.
This Ranking is composed by a select group of companies and this time our Resorts Catalonia Playa Maroma, Catalonia Riviera Maya and Catalonia Royal Tulum participated together in the 500 to 5,000 employees category.
Today, we can proudly say that we won the 12th place in the Ranking of the 100 Best Workplaces in Mexico. Our Mexico Regional Director, Gonzalo Vera and our Human Resources Manager, Vicente Molina received these awards.
On the other hand, the Great Place to Work® Institute Mexico organized a photo contest called “Mexican Pride” whose aim was to show the pride of being Mexican and to be working in one of the Best companies nationwide.
All the photographs that participated in this contest were very good and original, so the competition was tough, however Catalonia Hotels & Resorts awarded the first place with an amazing picture, showing the pride of our staff. Thank you very much to all the employees, their families,
