Every year we reward the effort and dedication of two staff members by supporting them with renovations and home improvements for their houses.
This project is carried out with the purpose of recognizing their hard work and consistency for several years in the company.
Today, the entire Catalonia Hotels & Resorts Family congratulate the 2014 winner: Franco Carlos, a partner at Catalonia Royal Bavaro.
Franco Carlos began working with us in 2009 as an Oficial C and in 2014 he was promoted to Oficial B, a position held proudly to this day.
He has won school bond in 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013 and 2014 and was also a participant in Catalonia Integrates Family program.
Franco was awarded as the best partner in September 2010 and also was recognized as a quarter partner 2013 of his department.
On Saturday January 3rd, the house was ready and we held a ceremony that took place in Higuey and was attended by his family and Catalonia Hotels & Resorts team members.
We´ve completely renovated his house. Renovations were made in gardening, electrical and sanitary installations, among others. New furniture was also included.
