This pleasant hotel is located in the upper part of Barcelona, near Park Güell and in the residential area of El Putxet. It is well connected with the city's historical centre and near to important tourist attractions.

Mixed Review
Hi, When I come to Barcelona I always stay within the Catalonia Resorts Hotels and usually the Plaza, but this time round I changed it as I was on a budget and it was last minute. So the room was too hot and the aircon didn't work, I complained about this only to be told ye have changed to heating mode for winter and it was still 25/26 outside. My room was above the entrance where Russians (Russian speaking) would gather to talk and smoke at night and in the morning. When I was in my room it was quite loud and when entering the hotel it can be intimidating and this was constant for the 5 days. Staff were all very nice (as always), gym was good and breakfast was good (and good value) but some of the pastries the 2 mornings I ate there were a bit hard and not fresh. I will stay again with the Catalonia Resorts but I will not stay at this hotel. Regards, Thomas.

Smoking entry
I found it annoying to see so many people in front of the hotel all day smoking. The hotel should provide another place for those people to smoke. I would certainly recommend the hotel. Nice place. Nice people who clean.

Enjoyable stay, great staff
After a slight mix up with room, which reception staff sorted out quickly and efficiently we had a really enjoyable stay. Every one of the staff we met, without exception, were friendly, polite and very helpful The rooms were spotless and beds very comfortable, air conditioning thankfully worked well. We only had breakfast at the hotel , with lots of choice and the quantity and quality very good Although the hotel is a wee bit out of city centre, public transport system was excellent and easy to use The pool is very small, but lovely beaches nearby Thank you to the lovely staff for making our stay so enjoyable I would recommend this hotel to anyone

weekend stay
hotel overall was beautiful, was very clean and staff were very friendly, the beds were very comfortable and the showers were lovely!. our only complaint was the big shower head often flooded our bathroom to which little bugs appeared but this wasnt a massive problem and it is very far from the barcelona centre. took us 1 hour which jet2 told us it would only be a 15 minute walk. It was also a very late check in time which wasnt ideal as we had an early flight.

Bunk beds for the kids and roof top hotel
Good location, the kids loved the bunk beds in our room. The view from the room was amazing and the small swimming was cool. (The pool steps were slippy and could do with replacing with ones with better grip). The staff were helpful and polite, breakfast was good.
