If the name of the credit card supplied when booking at the Catalonia Bristol hotel does not coincide with the name of the guest, please contact the hotel in advance. An identity check and valid credit card are required to check in. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise the credit card prior to the entry date. If the card is invalid, we will contact you to request a valid card. If more than 24 hours have passed, the reservation may be cancelled.
Bookings involving more than 4 rooms may be subject to different conditions and surcharges. Once the booking has been made, the hotel will contact guests to organise advance, non-cancellable payment.
The pool will be closed from 31/10 to 31/03 (dates subject to change).
