Our development programmes
If you have a minimum of two years' experience in middle management positions, a great capacity for work and you want to manage a hotel, this is the programme for you.
Two years of training in our Caribbean resorts, after which we guarantee to join the chain's hotels at least at the level of chef de partie or chef de cuisine.
